    Beginner Yoga Foundations Workshop

    New to yoga or feeling unsure in class? This beginner-friendly workshop offers an accessible introduction to both yoga practice and yoga culture in a supportive, no-pressure environment.

    We’ll briefly explore different yoga paths, common Sanskrit terms, yoga etiquette, and the difference between cultural appreciation and appropriation. A strong focus will be placed on how and why to use yoga props—not as a crutch, but as tools that make yoga safer, more accessible, and more effective for every body.

    The 75-minute workshop includes a 45-minute gentle yoga practice with guided prop use and plenty of opportunities to ask questions along the way.
